From a Drafting Consultancy to Full-Service Electrical Contracting
Alcopow was first registered as a sole trader under the name Alcopow Drawing Services and Consultant in 2009 — a drafting and consultancy entity specializing in HV/LV pole line and electrical designs, pole line consultancy, approvals submission and certification for industrial, domestic and commercial development across Jamaica.
After seven years of operation, the company was upgraded in 2019 to Alcopow Company Limited, enabling us to offer a wider range of electrical services and technical support. We are a licensed electrical company based in central Jamaica, making it easy to service the entire island — with a continued aim of satisfying our customers through efficient service and sound advice at a reasonable cost.
Our team is skilled in AutoCAD drafting and Geo-Referencing, operates a full range of heavy equipment — mobile crane trucks, bucket trucks, van ladders, forklifts and man lifts — and brings expertise spanning design, welding, and motor repair and servicing.
